Application Instructions:

1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or other contaminants. Remove any old silicone with a silicone remover.
2. Apply in temperatures between +5°C and +40°C to guarantee a dry surface.
3. Fill gaps or voids using Alpha Chem Expanding Foam or backing tape.
4. Cut the thread and nozzle to the required size.
5. Apply the sealant gun and smooth it down using a wetted spatula or gloved finger within 5 minutes.
6. Clean uncured excess with a solvent; once cured, remove mechanically.

Limitations:

• Not recommended for porous surfaces like marble, natural stone, or concrete.
• Avoid use on mirrors and sensitive metals such as copper, brass, or lead.
• Not suitable for painting or aquarium applications.
• Apply in well-ventilated areas.
