Calculating how many sheets are needed is simple. The overall width of the Big 6 profile sheet is 1086mm, with a cover width of 1016mm to allow for overlap. Use the following example:

Roof Size - 5m width x 3m projection (slope)

5m = 5000mm

5000mm ÷ 1016mm = 4.92 (rounded up to 5 sheets for full coverage).

For extended projections, sheets can overlap lengthways. For instance, combining a 2440mm sheet with a 3050mm sheet results in a total length of 5.49m, adjustable to suit your specific needs through overlapping.
