Calculating the Number of Sheets Required

Working out how many sheets you need is simple. With an overall width of 762mm and a cover width of 648mm (to account for the overlap of two corrugations), you can easily determine your requirements. Here’s an example:

Roof Size - 3m width x 3m projection (slope)

3m = 3000mm

3000mm ÷ 648mm = 4.63 (round up to 5 sheets).

For extended projections, sheets can overlap lengthways, similar to roof tiles. For instance, combining an 1830mm sheet with a 2440mm sheet gives a total length of 4.27m. Adjust the overlaps as needed to fit your project dimensions.
